I went through normal channels with medications and therapies and was unable to find a solution to educate myself and alleviate my symptoms. Through alternative means, I reclaimed my energy and shifted my mindset to get a clear perception of mental clarity and health. Each step in my journey has led me to design a program to help others like you take control of your health and mental clarity.

In my life journey, I faced tough times dealing with depression twice. The first round lasted two long years, and more recently, about six years ago, I went through it again for three months. The second time around, I had different struggles, like feeling overly worried, anxious, and having trouble sleeping. Going through all this, I realized that depression is more than just feeling down – it shows up in different ways. Each time, I had all four factors contributing to it. So, I changed how I looked at depression. Instead of just dealing with the surface stuff, I decided to heal my mind, body, and soul altogether. This led me to create my mental fitness program. It's not about quick fixes; it's about understanding and dealing with the real reasons behind depression.
With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, my goal is to empower you to embrace your uniqueness, release the weight of past wounds, and cultivate a deep sense of self-love. By integrating practical tools, guided meditations, and transformative insights, I'm excited to help you navigate the intricacies of mental illness.
