Women's Support Circle in the Park. A 4-week July series at North Glenmore Park.
A small in-person circle for women who have been carrying a lot and are ready for a calm space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported through life's challenges.
Join us Tuesdays in June at North Glenmore Park for a relaxed 90-minute support circle with grounding, conversation, reflection, and space to simply be. This is a small group experience limited to 10 women, so the circle can feel personal, calm, and supportive.

Investment: $60 for the full 4-week series
This is a consistent weekly space, so attending all four sessions is encouraged to get the most out of the experience.

A space to slow down and feel supported
Our first Women's Support Circle brought together five women who chose to step out of their comfort zone and invest in themselves. Together, we gathered in nature to slow down, connect , and support one another through conversation, reflection, and grounding.
While the weather didn't always cooperate, it didn't stop us. On cooler evenings, we gathered under the nearby shelter, proving that what mattered most wasn't perfect weather – it was creating a space where women could feel supported, heard, and connected.

A space to slow down and feel supported
Life can feel heavy when you're constantly carrying responsibilities, overthinking, supporting everyone else, or trying to push through stress on your own.
This circle was created as a space to step away from the pressure for a little while and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, supportive environment.
Over the four weeks, we'll gather in nature to slow down, reflect, talk openly if you'd like to, and create space for calm, connection, and support.
